End user workshop at FOMO

Workshop at FOMO week 33 with COSL stakeholders and offshore personnel. This was conducted as a one-day meeting to evaluate the user journey and identify gains and pains in the PTW work process. Such work meetings are very useful and absolutely necessary to gather important user input for future priorities and improvements. The session was facilitated by Trond Dagsland and Kerem Floor, Eggs Design, a leading UX and innovation office in Norway.
