It supports safe, predictable execution - especially in complex operations with frequent change, multiple disciplines, and contractor interfaces. Smart Permit can integrate with relevant systems, but we recommend starting minimal to prove value quickly. Typical integrations include CMMS/work orders, planning tools, POB, digital twins and barrier management - depending on your objectives. We prioritize integrations that reduce duplicate entry and improve data quality in the workflow.
How do you handle cybersecurity, access control and auditability?
Security is built through role-based access, least privilege, traceability, and audit logs. We align the solution with your IT/OT requirements and governance, and can support security management practices aligned with the ISO/IEC 27000 series (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001/27002) for risk management, controls and continual improvement.
How do we measure impact and ROI?
We agree on 3-5 KPIs upfront and establish a simple baseline. Typical measures include approval-cycle time, hold/rework, conflicts detected before approval and activation, rework/deviations related to isolation, effective DRM meetings, reduced preparation effort, and immediate user feedback.
